Sorry, this event has already taken place.
Professor Roger Steare, FRSA, will be discussing his views on Ethicability and how we must change our ways today to ensure a fair and sustainable world for the future.
Professor Roger Steare, FRSA
Corrupt politicians. Financial meltdown. Environmental disasters. Climate change. The greatest challenges we face today are crises of ethics. What are our moral values? How do we decide what's right and find the courage to do it? How do we display leadership with integrity? How do we nurture cultures where doing the right thing becomes part of our organisational DNA? How do we build a fair and sustainable future for all?
Ethics is no longer optional, it is absolutely crucial to the sustainability and success of our businesses, our public-sector services and every other institution and enterprise.
In this session, Roger Steare will share his insights into the latest research into ethics from neuroscience and psychology. He will also share results from his "ethicability(R) Moral DNA Profile", a psychometric assessment so far completed by over 40,000 people from 162 countries. You can take the profile yourself in advance of the seminar via www.ethicability.org.
