This series of three interactive workshops will bring together ideas from some of the very best places to work, will challenge you and leave you with practical ideas to use in your organisation.
Imagine a workplace where people are energised and motivated by being in control of the work they do. Imagine a culture of trust where people are given freedom, within clear guidelines, to decide how to achieve their results. Imagine an environment truly based around enabling people to fulfil their potential. Wouldn’t you want to work there?
Cass CCE is delighted to be teaming up with Henry Stewart, author of the Happy Manifesto, to offer a fascinating three seminar series drawing from his extensive experience.
This session will cover:
· What the evidence shows us about what makes a happy and productive workplace
· How to create an environment based on trust and freedom
· Ensuring the guidelines are in place
· Encouraging innovation.
