Background

Lorenzo has been working at Cass since 2002, when he was Marie Curie fellow. After getting his PhD from the University of Bergamo (2005) and an ESRC Post-Doctoral Fellowship, Lorenzo was appointed Lecturer in Finance at Cass (2006) and subsequently Senior Lecturer (2009) and Reader (2015) in Financial Econometrics.
His main research interests are econometric theory, asymptotic theory for time series and panel data, testing for structural breaks, empirical processes, nonparametric statistics and bootstrapping.
